SAVE MILLIONS ?

Do you know how to formulate clear goals ?
In many development plans "goals" are so vaguely formulated that they can hardly direct
the intended activities nor serve as a basis for the evaluation of the same. Very often they
describe what is planned to be done (activities), or how it is planned to be done (methods),
rarely what is planned to be achieved (goals).
Because of such fake goals it is often difficult or even impossible to decide whether the
millions spent on the project are being well used or not.
A real goal is a verbal statement which describes a time bound future desired state of affairs.
EXAMPLE. By 2029-09-01 all our company staff have basic computer skills.
Do you think your plans contain real goals? If you are not 100% sure, do this short test here
below and you will be able to see, if you can distinguish between real and fake goals.
